One of my favorite cakes to make. Black Russian Cake. When I first arrived in Kansas almost seven years ago, I met a 70 year-old woman who gave me this recipe she's had in her recipe box for over 30 years. I actually eat this cake since I don't have a sweet tooth and it's not so sweet.
I know I constantly say that I'm bake challenged and don't like to bake too much. However, if you give me some booze to bake with, I'm there. I love baking with booze. This one calls for kahlua and vodka.
