from this week's meatloaf & mashed potatoes leftovers, i made shepherd's pie
if anyone knows jack, he likes to mix all the food in his plate so he said it was "his favorite dinner ever and he's going to have it for dessert..." - somehow i don't think this will happen. the dish doesn't have any chocolate in it.
but i must say i need to pat myself on the back on this one - it turned out pretty yummy and the meatloaf was reincarnated into something better than it was before. whoop!
