So I never posted this photo of my last dinner with the family during my 3 week stay in Cali this summer. This, for the most part, is how my family eats suppers. Lots of food!My Nanay made pancit, Filipino roast beef, and lumpia shanghai. My sister made a clambake stew of sorts that was to die for and sauteed kang-kong (Chinese spinach). My cousin made ginatan - a dessert made with coconut milk, taro root, jackfruit, plantain bananas, tapioca pearls, sweet potatoes, etc... . Oh so yummy.
I miss my family.
Oh okay I miss the grub.
