For Valentine's Day, what do you give a partner who is obsessed and addicted to chocolate? A chocolate making class, of course! Jack, last Saturday, redeemed his Valentine's gift and attended his chocolate making class in Ballard. He learned how to make truffles and ganaches and more.
Knowing Jack, he always takes it up a notch and with his attention to detail, always goes to the top of the class.
For me, a non-chocolate lover, I thought it was pretty damn good tasting.
