pascal loves pho. whenever we're visiting southern california, you can bet a trip to little saigon is in the itinerary.
we just want him to know that a pho restaurant seems to be on every other block out in the seattle area.
there is even one called what the pho in bellevue.
so when are the lorthioirs coming out for a visit anyway?
