so there's a pizza place in the philippines called sandy's pizza.... specialty pizza includes
garlic tuyo in olive oil (our version of anchovies) can order with red egg topping
spanish sardines in olive oil with capers
chorizo spiced with tons of garlic & spanish paprika
thai chicken curry - a melange of wonderful, subtle, and unique spices
so pinoy! i would travel to pinas just to get a slice of garlic tuyo with red eggs (salted eggs which i usually like with tomatoes and garlic fried rice!) but yeah... a pinoy twist on pizza. mmmm
