Jack named the lumpia shanghai "cracksticks." He said it's so addicting.
I must say I only prepared the filling - Jack did the tedious lumpia wrapping - of which he takes great pride in. He told me that when Nanay makes this the next time we're in So. Cal. - he wants to wrap the lumpia with her. And oh my... Nanay will just be over the moon about it. hee.
