Students are beginning to trickle into the university. Fall semester begins next week. One of our student employee, who was in his home in India the entire summer, just returned. He said his mother made him bring back @ 60 pounds worth of food. One of those is an Indian dessert treat (he said it's his favorite) called Kaju Barfi - cashew nut tarts. They look exactly like the photo on this post.They are super yummy and addicting. It also helps the addiction that his mom made & sent it with love.
