Van, my sissy in law, is of Vietnamese/Chinese persuasion. She's Chinese born in Vietnam. Anyhoo, while her & her man, my bruder Jeff was visiting here... we trekked to the International District (formerly Chinatown) and went into a hole-in-the-wall place where she ordered Singapore style noodles (that she ordered in her native Cantonese).
I tried it and needless to say ...it's my new obsession as far as noodles go.
