if you know me....really really know me, then you know that my favorite sandwich in the ENTIRE universe is a good BLT sandwich. i've been making my own this entire week.
i like turkey bacon (even though some turkey bacon have more cholesterol than regular bacon...so read your labels folks - mine has the low cholesterol than regular bacon). and i used mixed greens with arugula, spinach, good roma tomato slices, and low fat miracle whip.
if i had avocado in the house, i would have put a few slices. that would have made it perfect.
and between the best bread ever. orowheat's winter loaf. mmmm
