i wanted some authentic pinoy food tonight so yes that's a whole tilapia, eyes & all, with bittermelon (ampalaya), chinese celery, eggs, and the trinity (garlic, tomatoes, onions)

jack ate it UP! there was nothing left. he even ate the bittermelon and except for the bones & head, most of the tilapia. he rocks!
shrimp dredged & coated in chili paste and rice flour and then deep fried in canola oil
jack's own food porn. he was nostalgic with this beer. he said everyone fell in love with mothership wit beer while the gang were at the 2007 red rock rendezvous...and he found it in our local supermarket, qfc.
he was stoked.
seattle is turning jack into a wheat beer fanatic.
