In the Philippines, spam & canned corned beef were added to the national diet.
Guisadong Corned Beef

* Canned corned beef
* one onion, quartered
*garlic (2 cloves), finely diced
*2 or 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
* optional: (green pepper, potatoes)
* Soy sauce
Directions: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Add the corned beef, and flake into pieces. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring frequently. drizzle with soy sauce to season, and serve.
Spam Breakfast
Cut spam into thin slices. Fry in pan.
Serve with hot garlic fried rice & fried eggs.
At the McDonald's in Hawaii, this is one of the offerings for their breakfast meals. At the airport in Seattle, Uwajimaya restaurant offers this breakfast too.
