it was sunday bed & breakfast breakfast. the week is always with quick & easy breakfasts. muffins to grab & go with coffee for jack. oatmeal or cereal for me. so on sundays, a bit more sit down, read the seattle times, kind of breakfast.
i had smoked salmon... so i made a quick omelet using 3 eggs, the smoked salmon, green onions, and goat cheese. on the table to spice up the omelet was tabasco sauce and Sriracha hot sauce- which is a must in this household. that and wasabi paste. heh.
anyhoo, it was good enough to get us ready for visitors. jack's uncle & aunt from bishop, california and their son, scott - who lives in portland came up for the afternoon. blog and more photos in the other blog. lots of food porn and video there and forthcoming here.
