My sissy, CeCe or Ate Ling, has emailed asking me why I haven't blogged about Shabu Shabu. She introduced me to Shabu Shabu dining and we frequent this place in Fountain Valley a LOT when I'm visiting. It has become a California culinary obsession for me when I'm out there.
