not the best food porn photo but it'll do.
Borrowed the recipe from Chicago's Earwax. Sauteed portobello mushrooms, spinach, red onions - then drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Salt/Pepper to season.
Then put the grilling pan on the stove. When hot, put whole wheat roll on grill pan. Put spinach/portobello filling on bottom part of bread, add lots of goat cheese, cover with other bread.
Until cheese is gooey melted.
